Terms of Service and purchase policy.
Effective September 1, 2026. Please review these terms before continuing to Stripe Checkout.
1. Purchase and access Table 9 is a one-time $59 purchase for one event unless a different price or promotional discount is clearly shown. It is not a subscription. Your account is activated only after Table 9 verifies payment or a valid fully complimentary coupon.
2. Refunds and non-use Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Table 9, purchases are final and non-refundable after payment is completed. Choosing not to use, activate, configure, share, or upload through Table 9 is not grounds for a refund. Missing the event date, failing to distribute the QR code or guest link, lack of guest participation, venue internet conditions, or not using available features also do not create a right to a refund. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or remedies for duplicate or unauthorized charges or a material failure by Table 9 to provide the purchased service.
3. Service limits and timing The event plan includes 30 GB of uploaded media, guest uploads through seven days after the event date, six months of hosted gallery access after the event, advance download reminders, and a private 30-day recovery period before permanent media deletion. Table 9 is a collection and sharing service, not the host’s only permanent backup.
4. Guest uploads and public displays Hosts control who receives their guest link. Contributors must own or have permission to share uploaded files. Under the current policy, completed, non-hidden guest photos and videos appear automatically on the event’s unlisted guest page and public event website while those features are enabled. Photos may also appear on the live venue slideshow; videos do not. The host is responsible for reasonable monitoring and may hide individual items or pause a guest-facing feature. Historical uploads retain their existing visibility unless the host or a Table 9 administrator changes it.
5. Account and content responsibility Account holders must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect their password and private links, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, explicit, hateful, violent, malicious, or intentionally disruptive content. Table 9 may pause access or remove content to protect users, rights holders, and the service.
6. Availability, deletion, and complete terms Table 9 does not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, support for every device or file format, or successful processing of every upload. Hosts should download important media. These purchase terms summarize key provisions; the complete Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.
