1. Pricing, promotional access, and coupon codes
Table 9 is offered as a one-time $59 purchase for one event, unless a different price or discount is clearly shown when the account is created. It is not a recurring subscription. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe, and access is created only after Table 9 verifies the completed payment. A coupon that reduces the balance to zero skips card entry.
Coupon codes may provide a percentage or fixed-dollar discount, may be limited by dates or number of redemptions, and have no cash value. A coupon cannot reduce the purchase below zero. Existing complimentary events retain their original access and are not retroactively charged. Table 9 may correct an obvious pricing or coupon error before fulfilling a new purchase, but will not silently charge an account.
2. Refunds and non-use
Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Table 9, purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. A customer’s decision not to use, activate, configure, share, or upload through the service does not create a right to a refund. Missing the event date, failing to distribute the QR code or guest link, lack of guest participation, venue internet conditions, or failure to use available features are not grounds for a refund. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right or any remedy for a duplicate or unauthorized charge or a material failure by Table 9 to provide the purchased service.
3. Host accounts
Host account holders must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, protect their password and guest link, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Each account is intended for one event unless Table 9 agrees otherwise.
4. Guest links and uploads
An event’s QR code and guest link act as access invitations. Hosts decide who receives them and may pause uploads during the collection window. New guest upload sessions close automatically after the seventh calendar day following the event date. Guests do not need an account, but must confirm that they created the files or have permission to share them.
5. Rights and permissions
Hosts and guests keep their ownership rights in uploaded media. By uploading a file under the current policy, the contributor gives Table 9 the limited permission needed to store and process it, display it to the account owner, create an optimized image or protected video playback copy and thumbnail, display a completed photo or video on that event’s unlisted guest page and public event website, and display a completed photo on its venue slideshow. The host or a Table 9 administrator may hide or remove an item. This permission ends when the file is deleted, subject to reasonable technical and legal retention.
Do not upload content that infringes copyright; violates privacy or publicity rights; depicts unlawful exploitation; contains malware; or is sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, violent, humiliating, threatening, abusive, illegal, or intentionally disruptive to the event or service. Table 9, the host, or their trusted moderator may hide or remove content believed to violate these rules.
6. Host responsibility for guest displays and the public event website
Guest uploads remain available in the host’s private dashboard. For uploads made under the current policy, completed, non-hidden photos and videos appear automatically and without prior review on the event’s unlisted QR guest page and public event website while those features are enabled. Completed, non-hidden photos may also appear on the live venue slideshow; videos are not included in that slideshow. The host can hide individual items, turn off the guest story feed, pause the public event website, or pause the slideshow without deleting the private copy. Historical uploads retain the visibility choice that applied when they were submitted unless the host or a Table 9 administrator changes it.
Before launching the venue slideshow, the host must acknowledge its automatic-display behavior and is responsible for arranging reasonable monitoring of the venue screen.
The host may create a private moderator link for a trusted coordinator, DJ, event team member, or guest. Anyone possessing that link can view recent slideshow photos, pause or resume the venue display, and hide photos from guest-facing surfaces, so the host is responsible for sharing and revoking it carefully. Table 9 provides moderation controls but does not guarantee that automated, host, moderator, or administrator review will identify or remove every objectionable photo before it is seen.
7. Plan limits and fair use
The Table 9 Event plan includes 30 GB of total uploaded media per event, a guest upload window through seven days after the event date, and automated file and traffic safeguards. Closing guest uploads does not automatically delete the account or completed media. Complimentary legacy events currently have no automatic time-based media expiration. Before a retention schedule affects a legacy account, Table 9 will provide advance notice and an opportunity to download the gallery. Table 9 may temporarily slow, reject, or pause uploads that exceed current technical limits, appear automated or abusive, threaten service reliability, or create unusual security or cost risk.
8. Availability and changes
Table 9 aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, support for every phone or file format, or successful processing of every upload. New paid events include six months of hosted gallery access after the event plus a 30-day recovery period. Hosts should download important media and should not use Table 9 as their only permanent backup.
9. Suspension and termination
Table 9 may pause an account or guest uploads to investigate abuse, security incidents, rights complaints, excessive automated traffic, or violations of these terms. Account owners may request complete account and media deletion through Support.
10. Copyright, privacy, and takedown reports
Reports should identify the event website or guest link, the specific file, the requester’s relationship to the content, and the requested action. Table 9 may temporarily hide or remove material while reviewing a credible report.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Table 9 is not responsible for the conduct of guests, the content users upload, lost opportunities, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through Table 9 Support.
