Does Table 9 replace our photographer or videographer?
No. Table 9 is intentionally a complement to professional photography and videography. Your professional team creates the polished, intentional record of your day. Table 9 gathers additional guest perspectives—the candid, funny and unexpected moments happening throughout the room.
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. They scan your QR code with their phone camera and the upload page opens directly in their browser. Guests never need to create an account.
Can guests upload both photos and videos?
Yes. Table 9 supports both photos and video. Large videos upload in smaller pieces with automatic retries. Guests should keep the page open until they see confirmation.
What stays private?
Your dashboard, complete stored collection, account details, and gallery downloads stay private to the host. New completed guest uploads appear automatically on the shareable event website, and you can hide any item or pause the entire site at any time.
What happens if the venue has bad Wi-Fi?
Uploads show honest progress and retry interrupted pieces. Your guest link remains open through seven days after the event, so anyone can finish from home if the venue has no usable signal.
How long can guests upload?
Guest uploads remain available through seven days after the event date, unless the host pauses them sooner. After that, no new uploads are accepted, while the host’s private dashboard, event website, and downloads remain available.
When do the photos and videos appear?
Uploads appear in the private host dashboard as they complete. New completed photos and videos also appear automatically on the event website unless the host hides them or pauses the site. If the host opens the live venue slideshow, completed photos appear there within a few seconds; videos are not included in the slideshow.
Can we download everything?
Yes. Hosts can download individual photos and optimized MP4 videos or prepare the complete gallery as secure ZIP files from their dashboard.
What is included for $59?
Each event receives 30 GB of total storage, the host dashboard, guest upload and QR tools, optimized downloads, an automatic public event website with show-and-hide controls, and the live venue photo slideshow. Sensible file and traffic safeguards protect events and the service from abusive automated uploads.
Where are the files stored?
Photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Video sources are transferred securely to Cloudflare Stream, where an optimized playback and downloadable MP4 are prepared; the temporary R2 source is then removed. Account and event records are stored with Netlify.
